The Sun(Ego) moves into Capricorn(business/discipline). Capricorn is ruled by Saturn and when you look at the rings around Saturn, you want to look at it as a belt that's tightening. Capricorn is all about business first, before we play. This is, of course, the time of year that people start planning their next year and since Saturn has already came out of retrograde in Pisces, start that planning.
